Stephen J. Fendler, Esquire
Attorney Stephen J.
Fendler is the principal of Fendler and Associates, P.C. Steve
was born and raised in Kingston, Pa , and is the son of Sheila
Fendler and the late Seymour Fendler. Seymour owned and operated
a grocery store in Wilkes-Barre for over 55 years. Steve was
raised in the grocery business working with his father 7 days a
week during the summer months and after school and during
vacations during the school year. Steve graduated from Wyoming
Valley West High School in 1976 and is a 1980 cum laude graduate
of the University of Pittsburgh . Steve graduated from the
Dickinson School of Law in 1983 and immediately began practicing
in the Wilkes-Barre Area.
Steve's practice is limited to the representation of victims of automobile and motorcycle accidents, injured workers, and Social Security Disability claimants. Steve has not and will not represent insurance companies . Steve is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Civil Litigation and Workers' Compensation Sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Steve is licensed to practice law before all Courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania , as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Steve has been a frequent speaker at seminars on the topics of Advanced Workers' Compensation, Basic Workers' Compensation, and Problems in Workers' Compensation cases. |
Timothy D. Belt, Esquire Attorney Timothy
D. Belt
is the son of Reverend James Belt and Patricia Belt, and he has
primarily resided in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area since 1985.
Tim graduated from Lackawanna Trail High School and is a 1996
summa
cum laude graduate of the University of the Ozarks . Tim
graduated from the Villanova University School of Law in 1999
and shortly thereafter began practicing in the Wilkes-Barre
Area.
Tim's practice is limited to the representation of victims of automobile and motorcycle accidents, injured workers, and Social Security Disability claimants. Before joining Fendler & Associates, Tim spent a period of time representing insurance companies in workers’ compensation matters, thereby providing him with a unique insight into the insurance companies inner workings in such claims. Tim is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Workers' Compensation Sections of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association. Tim is licensed to practice law before all Courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania , as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Tim has been a frequent speaker at seminars on the topics of Workers' Compensation and the FMLA. |
